I just happened to come across this memorial page all these years later and wanted to add my condolences and respect. Peg was another mother to me as well, as I spent so much time at the Irwins over the years. We would all laugh and Chet's jokes and nobody ever left that house hungry! I remember her candy bowls all over the house, and her frog collection. She was a sweet lady who endured some heavy kicks from life over the years, but still managed to greet each day with a smile. I miss stopping by to say hello over on Harris Road. Much love to the entire Irwin family, friends, and all who knew her.
