My condolences to Frank's family. I knew Frank for more than 20 years and always enjoyed interviewing him and, especially, taking his photo when he was in uniform. He was a proud and patriotic man who loved his country. Phone calls from Frank were just as special. He'd call to let me know about something that was going on and made it clear (as only Frank could do)that I better be there to cover it. He'd always end our phone conversations with the words "over and out." A local legend and a classic member of the Greatest Generation. RIP Frank.
