To the family of Frank Fabbri, I send my deepest sympathies and prayers. I grew up in Litchfield and new Frank since I was quite young. I learned to SCUBA dive under his instruction and learned a lot about the Navy from him. I remember Frank for his sense of community, dedication to family and service to our country.
