Allan Rowe was as true as true friends come. From the moment we first met, he was always asking how he could help. He always came up with creative solutions and always had a story to tell. There was no limit to his motivation, creativity and care. Allan served as a medic during our summer camp, he worked on our trucks and he helped in everyway. We will miss him dearly and are grateful for the times we shared. Thank you Allan... we will never forget you.
