Condolence: So sorry to hear of the passing of Barbara. Reading the obituary and seeing the mention of "chocolate cake" brought back a wonderful childhood memory. I can remember my parents bringing my sisters and I over to Barbara's house on a Sunday afternoon for a family visit. We never hesitated to jump in the car when that offer was proposed. It meant an afternoon of swimming in the pool and an incredible meal followed by chocolate cake. As a kid it doesn't get any better than that!! Barbara always made you feel like family and her hugs were plentiful. How lucky were we to have her as a family friend. She will be missed.

Condolence: I have so many happy memories of Barbara and your family. We spent many Sundays at your house having fun and eating great food. Her baked beans were legendary! I will never forget Barbara's joyful laugh and fun loving personality...and complaining to my dad that he didn't stock enough trout! I am so sorry for your loss but know that she will live in all of our hearts forever.
