Bill was my dad I have so many fond memories of my father a lot of them funny the one thing I always remember it was just how giving my father was no matter what he did in life no matter where he was he always took the time for us kids he didn't have a selfish bone in his body even during the time that he was sick if you needed your lawnmower fixed he would fix it is just who he was 2 in the morning you call him said you broke down my father would grab his shoes and off the out the door he went to save you I remember my dad always loving camping taking us up to Maine Vermont New Hampshire my dad and I were very close as close as we could be being that I was from out of state he hated the fact that I had moved but we always called each other several times a week and in the end when he couldn't talk we would write on Facebook I remember my father always doing for everybody else before he get anything for himself he was never about himself he was more about others making others happy loving others I remember our vacations as a kid I remember 13 or 14 years old my father was a volunteer fire department in Warren and they had a bicentennial party I remember laughing and my dad the way he danced with me however would like to dance with him one more time I would like to just touch his hand and tell him how much I love him he loved his family very much whether it was his kids his wife his sisters his in-laws he loved his family so very much his cousins he always talked about family reunions he loved going to the family reunions love going for long rides with my mom my dad was very adventurous when I told him one time that he flew in a helicopter he's like what I flew course it was during the time that he was sick but I did get them to fly he was going to take a train out to see me but then he got sick I will never forget my father he taught me a lot he taught me to be the who I am he taught me to love and I definitely get my strength from him he always told me how proud he was of me overcoming all my problems even during the hard times he would hear me cry but no matter what after talking to my dad I always felt good he loved his friends as just as much as his family I will always love my father may he rest in peace and find the piece that he needed 12 years he suffered from sickness COPD heart failure and then in the end it was cancer my father fought a very hard fight and I am so proud of him because he never gave up he get mad about it but he was determined but in the end he was just tired but I am very proud of my dad for he is the strongest man that was ever walking this Earth in my eyes he was a great father an amazing husband and an awesome friend and a loyal brother and cousin I hope everyone knows exactly how my dad was and how Heaven has gained the most amazing man
