Dear Anne, Abigail & Henry, My heart aches for all of you, in the loss of your husband & father. Mark was an amazing man......a patriot & hero to our country, he was thoughtful, kind, brave, and so much more. He walked the walk of being a wonderful husband & amazing father. He loved you with a passion that can't be put into words. One of many fond memories I have is of Mark coming to dinner at our house, before he met Anne, and bringing with him the movie, Princess Bride. When he met you, Anne, you became his "princess bride". He adored you and it was obvious in the wonderful life the 2 of you built together. I will miss him dearly, but know one day we'll be with him again, for eternity, with Christ our Savior. Only then will we know why God called him home much too soon for us.
