Warren – William Howard Mosher, 94, passed away on April 28, 2018 in Torrington. He was the husband of Jeane (Sheldon) Mosher of almost 75 years. He was born on March 4, 1924 in Washington, Connecticut to the late Everett Mosher and Jennie (Brague) Smalley.
Bill was a farmer, a carpenter and a foreman at P.T.C aerospace. He ran the Big Wheel Wagon Shop and Bill’s Sports shop and arranged a Square Dance Band when he was 15.
In addition to his wife, Jeane, he is he is survived by five children; William (Tanya) of Drakeville, Eugene of Fairmont, NC, Jess (Priscilla) of Litchfield, Gary (Nancy) Westfield, MA and Becky Langston of Torrington, CT, two sisters; Minerva and Janice Smalley, 15 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his sister Jeanne Haviland and two brothers; Ralph Young and Norman Smalley, all of Warren and his great grandson, Rory Eifef Jr. of Torrington.
Calling hours will be held on Saturday, May 5, 2018 from 11:00am-1:00pm at Rowe Funeral Home, 283 Torrington Road, Litchfield, CT 06759. A service will begin at 1:00pm. Burial will follow in Warren Cemetery, Warren.
