Joseph William Lukcso, Jr.

Harwinton – Joseph William Lukcso, Jr., 82, passed away on April 10, 2018 at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital following a long illness. He was the husband of Henrietta (Puzinski) Lukcso for 63 years. Joseph was born on September 3, 1935 in Torrington, Connecticut to the late Joseph William and Lillian (Cox) Lukcso.

He was a Union Brick layer for more than 50 years. Joseph was an outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing and motorcycling.

In addition to his wife, Henrietta, he is survived by three sons; William J. Lukcso and his wife Gianna, Thomas Lukcso and his wife Patty and Kyle Rosenbeck and his wife Sabra, six grandchildren; Jamie, Kimberly, Brittney, T.J., Lucas and Avery, four great grandchildren; Marissa, Riley, Zachary and Gia and two brothers; Robert and William Shemms.

In Lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Harwinton Volunteer Fire and Ambulance, 158 Burlington Road, Harwinton, CT 06791.

Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, May 1, 2018 from 3:00-6:00pm at Rowe Funeral Home, 283 Torrington Road, Litchfield. A service will follow, beginning at 6:00pm.
