Condolence: Just a few years ago, another Swarthmore College classmate Nina Streitfeld and I visited Carol there near Litchfield...and found her well cared for...and gracious in her welcome when we stopped by. Her career was a remarkable one...not well known to most of her classmates across the many years since our graduation back in 1953...when Carol Holbrook...later Baldi...graduated with High Honors in Political Science and was selected for Phi Beta Kappa.
