Condolence: Dr. Kramer was a member of the McCall Board of Directors for many years. His expertise and wisdom were invaluable. His smile and his wit will always be a fond memory. He helped McCall grow into the agency McCall has become today. He was not only our psychiatrist he was our friend. Thank you Eleanor for bringing him to board meetings after his illness his presence as an Ex Officio member was important not only to Dr. Kramer but the board as well.Unfortunately, I'm unable to attend his service in Litchfield. He will be missed and may he rest in peace. We hope family memories of Dr. Kramer will bring you peace--he truly was a great man. D'Arcy N Lovetere, Chairman Board Directors McCall Foundation and the entire Board of Directors.

Condolence: I was fortunate to have worked with Dr. Kramer at the Charlotte Hungerford Hospital Outpatient Psychiatric Clinic in the late 1980's - early 1990's. What I learned from him was to be passionate about my work as a psychotherapist. I am so sorry for your loss and wish you peace and comfort during this time.

Condolence From: Katherine Waugh Schweit
Condolence: I am sad that he is gone but I have wonderful memories of Uncle Dick and visiting with the family from Michigan when I was a kid. He laughed at us city kids walking on the gravel driveway and yelping. The house was beautiful and the food and family chat was always fun. I remember as a child peeking into his office at the house and being amazed at the number of sophisticated books and other cool things. I will always remember him fondly.
