BANTAM – Frances Weik Palmer, 90, of Bantam, CT and Fort Pierce, FL, died on October 24, 2018. She was the widow of Raymond (Monk) Palmer. A longtime resident of Morris, she was the eldest daughter of Jacob and Grace (Raymond) Weik. Frances was a graduate of the James Morris School and Post Junior College, pursuing careers at the Litchfield Savings Bank, the Bethlehem VNA; and as a private nurse’s aide and revered mother.

Survivors include Karen McNulty and husband Robert of East Hartland; Bruce Palmer and wife Kathleen of Goshen; and Gary Palmer and wife Gina of Rochester, N.Y.; also grandchildren Michael McNulty of Las Vegas; Erin Palmer Marshall of Columbus, GA; Brian Palmer of Morris; Anna Palmer of Jacksonville, FL; and Carly Palmer of Columbia, SC. Also survived by three sisters: Barbara Rivers of Morris; Joan Cunningham of Glastonbury; and Donna Turrell of Pittsfield; two great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
