LITCHFIELD – Peter Dalton-Morris, retired architect, passed away peacefully Oct. 12, 2018. He was the husband of wife June, for 63 years, and father of Sarah.

He is also survived by a brother Simon and sister-in-law Shirley, nephew Robert and niece Jenny.

A noted architect, Peter was also instrumental in developing recycling in Litchfield and was involved with town planning and zoning. Supportive of his daughter’s equestrian interests, he was regional supervisor and on the Board of Governors for the U.S. Pony Clubs Inc.

Graveside service will be private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Litchfield Historical Society, where a collection of Peter’s architectural plans are housed.
