Condolence: My condolences to Frank's family. I knew Frank for more than 20 years and always enjoyed interviewing him and, especially, taking his photo when he was in uniform. He was a proud and patriotic man who loved his country. Phone calls from Frank were just as special. He'd call to let me know about something that was going on and made it clear (as only Frank could do)that I better be there to cover it. He'd always end our phone conversations with the words "over and out." A local legend and a classic member of the Greatest Generation. RIP Frank.

Condolence: To the family of Frank Fabbri, I send my deepest sympathies and prayers. I grew up in Litchfield and new Frank since I was quite young. I learned to SCUBA dive under his instruction and learned a lot about the Navy from him. I remember Frank for his sense of community, dedication to family and service to our country. I am sure you will all miss him so very much. I will miss seeing him and reading about him in the future.
Sincerely,
Bill Sepples

Condolence: Memories of Frank stretch back nearly as far as any memories. Having grown up two houses down from the Fabbri's, there was no way to not know Frank...
As a youngin, worked with Frank and so many other in the Bantam Beautification team, and years later as a member of the Bantam Fire Company. I got to share in his efforts for the War Memorial, and see the pride in his efforts as it became a reality. I proudly took part in the very first ceremony there, and so many after..
So many memories.. As a matter of fact just a few days ago, even all the way down here in Florida, I was sharing a Frank memory with my friends at work.... Tough to have a more fitting tribute then sharing memories...

Condolence: None of us are here forever. As we age we lose loved ones, but be at peace knowing that Frank is in a great place. I am so sorry to hear of his passing. My memories date back 44 years ago. I will never forget when he was at the American legion how he would always lay his bottle down and say " We have a dead soldier here " I have many fond memories, we spent hours talking at the American Legion over many things. He was a great man. May he rest in peace and the family find comfort with each other.
