Litchfield – Francis “Frank” Fabbri passed away June 5, 2016, surrounded by his closest friends and family. Frank was born in Litchfield, CT son of Thomas and Mary Fabbri. He is survived by his children, Francine Komisar and her husband Larry of Goshen, Nicholas Fabbri and his wife Lorraine of Litchfield, Dorette Moreo and her late husband George of Westport and Michael Fabbri of Bantam, six grandchildren; Taylor Komisar, Eric, Jessica and Melissa Fabbri, and Nicole and Dillion Moreo.

After serving his country on the USS Denver in World War II with eleven battle stars, Frank then moved to Bantam where he married, started a family and his own business, Litchfield County Electric. When not working he devoted his time to his many other passions. Some but not all included; Norwescon Divers, , Bantam Constable, Bantam Volunteer Fire Company, Bantam Beautification comity, Litchfield Football League, and Veteran’s view on cable five. As time went on Frank took his passion and love of serving our country and created what became his most prized accomplishment, The All Wars Memorial in Bantam, Connecticut. He may no longer be with us but his loyal, dedicated, Patriotic spirit will continue to grace other Veteran’s, friends and family members for life times to come.

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday June 15, 2016 from 5:00-7:00pm at Rowe Funeral Home, 283 Torrington Road, Litchfield, CT 06759. A graveside service with full military honors will be on Thursday, June 16, 2016 at 11:00am at Bantam Cemetery, Bantam Road, Bantam, CT 06750.
